The Greyhound, a 16th century building, tucked away in the village of Hendon. One of only two parish houses in the village and first licenced as a public house in 1675. The Greyhounds main dining room seats 40+ and is set in an old oak panelled room with plenty of art and smouldering oaks in the fireplace. There’s two main bar areas, chefs table and a chesterfield style lounge with a cosy feel.  Not to forget the recently built beach style 'alley way'

Scott’s career took a twist when he arrived in the kitchen at The Wargrave Arms in Marylebone and met publican and former chef Sam Daffin. After a short time trying to turn the pub around the BBQ concept called “BBQWhiskyBeer” was born.  The concept really took off in London after winning the Ribstock trophy and staring at some of London’s hottest events like street feast and Meatopia.
